Kent LRC - club night talk at RCV in Paddock Wood.. Feb 7th 05

Xav, from the club organised this event with the owner of RCV below, Tim.

First off we were treated to a short questionaire - which was pretty hard, (see below)

And also offered refreshments of sandwiiches and soft drinks and French beer.

Then Tim gave us the theory of different transmissions, (roughly based questionaire below) off road techniques for nearly an hour. This talk, Tim hopes to give to customers, so was as much a first time for him as it was for us.

This was followed by two club members, vehicles a Discovery 2 and TD5 90 being put up on the ramps in their workshop, to give some idea of what is involved with being rigged up to the diagnostics computer and underbody checks.

Also on the ramps was a P38 Range Rover and a Freelander in various stages of repair.
